What the converter does with each link
Paste one link per line, press the teal button and the table shows the marketplace, the item ID, a clean LitBuy link and the seller's original link. The second button copies only the LitBuy links, one per line, ready to paste into a sheet. Links you paste are decoded up to three times first, which handles addresses that arrive percent-encoded inside another agent's link.
The tool runs in your browser. If you add ?u= plus an address to this page's URL, it converts that link on load, which is handy for a bookmark.
The ID is the link; everything else is decoration.
The code in a LitBuy product URL
A LitBuy item address has the shape https://www.litbuy.com/product/<code>/<item id>. The code picks the marketplace, and the converter uses the same pattern in both directions.

That is also the answer to the German search for the "orginal link": the original link is the marketplace address above, built from the same ID that sits at the end of the LitBuy URL.

Worked example: from a sheet row to a euro total
Say a sheet row holds a Weidian address ending in itemID=7778364946 followed by an inviteCode tail. The tool returns https://www.litbuy.com/product/2/7778364946; on 27 October 2026 that page showed CNY 94.5. Assume a light tee of an estimated 0.25 kg, converted at LitBuy's display rate of ¥1 ≈ €0.158.

Going the other way: LitBuy link to seller link
Paste a LitBuy product address and the Seller page column opens the marketplace listing. Use it to read the original reviews and buyer photos, one of the real photo sources described on the QC finder page. A hypothetical Taobao row, litbuy.com/product/1/612345678901, becomes item.taobao.com/item.htm?id=612345678901.

Why invite and referral tails are dropped
Sheet links often carry inviteCode=, ref= or affcode=. They are attached by the sheet's maker and are not part of the item. Because the converter rebuilds the address from the ID, none survives. Clean links are shorter and carry nobody's tracking.
When a link will not convert
A line that shows "Not recognised" is usually a Yupoo album, a Xianyu listing or a shortened link. Open the short link first so the full address appears, or send the row through Fill & Buy. FAQ
How do I convert a Weidian link to a LitBuy link?
Paste the Weidian link into the box and press Convert. The tool reads the number after itemID, which is the real identifier, and builds litbuy.com/product/2/ followed by that number. On 27 October 2026 we opened six LitBuy Weidian links of this form, and one, product 2/7778364946, showed CNY 94.5 on LitBuy's page. Everything after the number is discarded.
Can I convert a LitBuy link back to the original link?
Yes. Paste a litbuy.com/product link and the tool reads the code and ID: 0 gives a 1688 offer, 1 a Taobao item, 2 a Weidian item and 3 a JD item. The Seller page column then links to that marketplace's own address. This helps when a sheet only lists LitBuy URLs and you want the seller's photos or reviews first.
Does removing inviteCode or ref break a link?
No. Those tails belong to whoever made the sheet and are not needed to open the item, because the ID identifies it. The converter rebuilds the link from the marketplace and ID alone, so the result carries no one else's tracking. The six LitBuy Weidian links we opened on 27 October 2026 each showed a price.
Which links will the converter not recognise?
It reads Taobao, Tmall, Weidian, 1688 and JD addresses, LitBuy product addresses, and links from other agents that wrap one of those marketplace addresses. It cannot read Yupoo albums, Xianyu, Xiaohongshu or Pinduoduo. Those rows show as not recognised, and LitBuy treats them through Fill & Buy, which may add a service fee and has no no-reason returns.
Why does a converted link say the item is removed?
The converter only rebuilds the address; it cannot see whether the seller still sells the item. LitBuy shows the message that the product has been removed from the shelves when a listing is delisted. In that case, search the shop for a replacement or ask the sheet owner. Our dead-links guide lists quick fixes for that situation.
Is it safe to paste my links into the tool?
The conversion runs in your browser with a short script, so the text is not sent to this site's server. You can also preload a link by adding ?u= and the address to the page URL. As with any page, avoid pasting links that contain personal account tokens; the converter does not need them.
